Payment must be received before shipping. To track your shipment, please contact us at 1(800)928-9480. Tracking numbers are forwarded to the e-mail address on file as soon as they are received in the customer service office.

Payment must be received before shipping. Your order will be processed into production once we receive a fax copy of your check or once we receive the transaction from our Secure On-Line Payment (click here) and written art approval.
Cancelling your order prior to printing will incur a $55 charge (or 3.5% of total order, whichever is greater). Cancellations are not permitted after order has been placed into production (2 PM Eastern Standard Time).
If the order was paid by credit card, the fee equal to the amount we are charged by our Merchant Service will be deducted from your cancellation credit.
